VS 2005 with Intel Fortran 9.1 crash on exit

I have Visual Studio 2005 and Intel Fortran 9.1(.3427.2005) installed.

Every time I load oursolution (which includes C++ and Fortran projects) and try to close VS, it crashes. Error report shows that the cause is VFToolOpt.dll module. Updating VS with SP1 didn't help. Without loading a solutionthe Studio closes fine. If I unregister Fortran integration it also closes OK, but our Fortran projects are not loaded.

I've seen another report of this, but don't know that it's been tracked down. Please report the problem to Intel Premier Support.
