After updating Visual Studio to version 16.3.4 the Intel Fortran integration do not work properly.
I did reinstall the Intel Fortran 2019 update 5 and the situation improved so that VS recognize the Fortran source code files.
But one problem remains: VS says that my Fortran project files are incompatible.
Do anyone have a workaround?

I had the same problem. This will be a two-step process:
- Run Intel Fortran installation and select to MODIFY the Intel Fortran installation and select to REMOVE the support to Visual Studio.
- Run Intel Fortran installation again and select to MODIFY the Intel Fortran installation and select to INCLUDE the support to Visual Studio.
It worked for me. This was the first time that updating Visual Studio caused this type of problem.
