VS 2019 and IFORT

Two things happened today, Windows 11 updated and so did VS 2019 to 11.4. 

One them broke the integration with IFORT and I could not repair it, including a complete reinstall. 

I can get 2020 IFORT to work with VS 2019.  

It is likely the Windows 11 update, but i would avoid the VS 2019 11.4 for the moment.

Thanks for the report. I will avoid updating VS until after this issue is resolved.

Won't update to W11 for a while either until it (and IFORT) cooperate.
