VS 2019 integrated with Parallel Studio crashes when Python Project is initiated

A solution with Fortran, C++ and Python projects is being developed. Fortran and C++ projects work fine, but when a Python Project is added to the solution VS 2019 shuts down unexpectedly. It is a problem with the integration, since VS without integration would have no issues at all. There is no warning before it shuts down, so I have little information about what problem might be.

Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows* 2020 was the installed version of Parallel Studio. I tried with VS 2017 and had the same problem.
