VTune failure on E5-2620v2

When doing software sampling on Windows 10 x64, MS VS 2019, oneAPI 2023.2 (user mode), CPU Xeon E5-2620

The above was for an OpenMP build.

Running single threaded works.

Jim, you're encountering quite a few different problems with this system. It suggests to me that the Intel software is just a victim of what is really wrong there.
