I used the downloaded Intel evaluation version compiler with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003 and it worked fine. I just bought version 9.0 and it says it wants "Intels" C++ and doesn't install. Now what??

I'm guessing it is asking you to remove the evaluation Fortran compiler before installing the new one, but has an error in the message.
I don't know about this particular issue, but you should go to the download site and get a newer 9.0 compiler than the one you purchased. You paid for a year of updates, use them.

Thanks. I sent a support request in. I also uninstalled the evaluation copy before trying to install version 9. The download is 257MB, which is way too much for a modem.

I got it to install. Sorry for the problem. My misunderstanding was that I apparently didn't "install" the modules in the right sequence. I chose the one that said "integrate into Microsoft Visual Studio" instead of the first one.
I also ran setup from the command prompt of Visual Studio. Anyway, it's installed. Thanks!!
