Ihavebeen using Fortran for a long time, butwithout using visual interfaces (write code using a text editor, compile, andexecute the compiled version). Now Ineed to use Intel Visual Fortranwith Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.So,I am looking for tutorial (more than"Hello world") or book explainingvariouselementsofthe interfaceand how to usethem in writing, compiling, and running program. In the end I will like to import a main program and a large number of subroutinesto compile andcreate an executable that runs onWindows. I will appreciate anyinformation on tutorial or book. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,
see this thread to get some overview. Books, usually Lawrence (Compaq Visual Fortran: A Guide To Creating Windows Applications) or ...Petzold.

I enjoyed Lawrence as a starting point, but it taps out quickly and stops at all examples just as things get exciting, and the online code is no longer available, although ig you need it I have it.
I am awaiting Petzold, if you can get hold of an old copy of the Microsoft Powerstation manual it has better explainations that step through the requirements nicely.
