Visual Fortran with VS shell

Hi,
Are there any Visual Fortran products of Intel for 32 bit computers that come with Visual Studio shell?

The shell works with both ia32 and intel64 compilers.

The VS 2008 shell comes on the DVD version of the product. If you are downloading the product from registrationcenter.intel.com be sure to download a version with the shell (the product description should specify it). Usually the full product at the first release of major version (like 11.1) will have the VS2008 shell.
