Visual Studio Not Found During Install

I have uninstalled all of Visual Studio, unregistered "Microsoft.VisualStudio.Setup.Configuration.Native.DLL"  and uninstalled FORTRAN.

I have reinstalled VS 2022 (17.3.2) and VS 2019 (16.11.18).  Still, FORTRAN setup (2022.1.0.139) will not find Visual Studio during setup.

What can be done to get this to work?

See Installing Microsoft Visual Studio* for Use with Intel® Compilers and see if it helps. If not, do a Help > About in VS and paste the output into a reply here.
