Visual studio tab indent

VS 2017 now inserts tabs when you press tab to indent, disregarding the options setting to insert spaces.

Using Fortran 2019 update 5 integration.

I run VS 2017 and VS 2019 side by side.  But VS 2017 is giving some strange errors with the latest Intel Fortran - you should move up

I upgraded to VS2019 after a lot of unintstall and re-installs I finally got VS2019 integration working.

But I am still seeing tabs when my setting is for spaces. I will submit a bug report to support.
