See https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-parallel-studio-xe-compilers-required-microsoft-visual-studio , or read the Release Notes of the compiler version you want to use. For the Parallel Studio XE 2020 version, Visual Studio 2019 would be my recommendation on a new install.
