Intel Fortran supports 64-bit Windows on Itanium systems today. Is that what you're looking for?

I have DIYed a PC with AMD Athlon 64CPU and installed the trial version of the 64bit-Windows XP OS, the I installed IVF8.0+VS.NET2002, but I found the maximal memory(include virtual memory) the compiler support is still less than 4GB. Is there any configure I have to change to support it?

No, Intel 8.0 compiler doesn't support extended addressing.
