When will I be able to register for non-commercial compiler again?

The site is under revision, or would I be able to get a licence sent to the email registered to this account for 11.1.056.tgz?

At this time, we don't have plans to resume offering non-commercial Fortran compilers. I don't see any licenses registered to the email address you use in the forum, but I see you requested an evaluation license today from a different email address. The only 11.1 you'd be able to get with the evaluation license is 11.1.080.
