Where can I down load the editbin ?

I have ifort 91 compiler but does not have editbin in the following directory. Where can I down load this ? Thanks.

C:\Program Files\Intel\Compiler\Fortran\9.1\IA32\Bin

editbin is supplied with Visual Studio. It should be present in your visual studio VCbin, and should be included in the path set up by ifortvars.bat (either the ifort or Visual Studio command prompt should see it).
