I need to run a code written in Fortran 77. I want to know in which part of this web page I can download the compiler composerxe-2011.7.256?. Thank you!

The current release, Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 Composer Edition Update 4, provides Fortran 77 support. There's nothing unique or different about the Fortran 77 support in the 2011 version you noted either; however, if you require that version it is available from the Intel Registration and Download Center. Refer to How do I get an older version of an Intel® Software Development Product? for details.
