Where to Find Microsoft API Interfaces?

At times Jugoslav Dujic seems to have the entire Microsoft API memorized. As talented and helpful as he is, I doubt that this is the case. Jugoslav, is there a particular part of Microsoft's Web site that allows quick lookup of the zillions of routines that make up the API so that I could find one without having to perform a general search for it from the top level of www.microsoft.com? Is there a general breakdown of the API into groups of related routines? For example, if I wanted to find out how to load and unload a DLL from a program would I be able to find a pointer to a group of API routines that deal with manipulating DLLs?
