Windows Memory Error Message when debugging

Hi there,

Im working with a colleague on a CVF6.6C project. After his new year holidays he copy the changed source files, but when he tries to debug the code, VS crashes immediatly with a Windows Memory Error Message:

The instruction at "0x50c43e06" referenced memory at "0x000000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Suddenly his old version wont debug too, but it was working 2 months ago.

This Error only appears when he debugs this project by pressing F5 (or the appropiate icon), starting the project works fine both in release and debug mode. Other projects can be debugged without any problems. I know that this is a Windows specific Error, but does anybody has had the same problem and was able to fix it? Reinstalling VS and CVF didnt solve the problem...
