A lovely benifit under linux is that there is a non-commercial version of IVF. Could I ask what is the difference between IVF for windows and for linux except for the platform? Is there good IDE having the functions like Code completion, Smart indent, etc.? How about I use Ubuntu? I have ask similar question about IDE under windows. Unfortunately, no such a ide is available.

Thanks.

Intel does not provide or support an IDE for Fortran on Linux. The open-source Photran project provides a Fortran environment under Eclipse, but it is incomplete.

The Intel compilers are pretty much the same across the three operating systems we support, other than OS-specific features.
