For Compaq Array Visualizer, it is a separate CD included with the Professional Edition of Compaq Visual Fortran.At the end of the compiler install, you are prompted to insert the AV CD for its install (or it can be installed independently.)
Intel Visual Fortran Standard Edition includes Intel Array Visualizer, which is an updated and expanded version of Compaq Array Visualizer, and is integrated with the compiler install (though you can customize the install to not add it.)
