Useful textbooks on f2003 include the MR&C "Fortran 95/2003 explained," probably Brainerd's "Guide to Fortran 2003," and Adams, Brainerd et al. "The Fortran 2003 Handbook." F2008 revisions are likely to appear over the next year.

I look for Fortran ... explained and Guide to Fortran ...
Amazon give others titles.

Stephen Chapman's "Fortran 95/2003 for Scientists and Engineers" takes a more tutorial/textbook approach to the language. The other books Tim lists are more reference material than tutorial.
