broken link in the help menu?

Hi,

Is the link for IFC in the help menu of VS.NET broken, or is it just my problem? I ask because it remains broken even after installing the updates.I usually have ashorcut on the desktop for launching the IFC help, but I would like to know if nobody else hasexperienced that behavior. Thanks.

It works for me, but I have a vague memory that there is some Windows or MSIE issue that makes it not work for some. Mike Etzel is our expert on this - I'll ask him about it on Monday.
