can't post a reply and accept a solution

When I try to accept a solution, an error is reported and post reply is forbiden.

The first one occurs if you take to long with the reply open. 

Never seen the second one, try a different browser. 

If you have typed stuff and reload, it gives you option to reload typing.

I tried google firefox and edge，they all failed until I use vpn
