I recently installed VS2012, and today the latest release of IVF. IVF installed itself in VS2012, everything seems ok: compiling, linking and running of a large project just went fine. But when I printed a Fortran source, I had a deja vu: the colors were gone again, just as in early VS2010. The add-on which worked fine for 2010, had a catastrophic effect on printing: only the header was printed, but no source text text at all. I searched the Microsoft data base for a solution, but I only got the one for VS2010. Does anybody know how to activate color printing of sources within VS2012?

I saw the problem described on my system, too. If the display of line numbers is turned on, the line numbers are shown in light green in the printer output. The program text, however, is still in black/white.
