compilation aborted for sigini.f (code 1) - with Abaqus + Intel Fortran on Ubuntu

Hi,

I have setup Ifort for use with Abaqus 6.11 on my linux

I am using ifort to compile user subroutines for Abaqus.

I am getting this error :

compilation aborted for sigini.f (code 1)
Abaqus Error: Problem during compilation - sigini.f

I get this error only in cases when the file sigini.f, sent for compilation is HUGE (of the order of 10 mb)

If the file is small it works fine though!

Version Info :

ifort (IFORT) 12.0.3 20110309
Abaqus : 6.11

Please try a newer compiler and see if the problem persists. The one you have is a year and a half old. If the newer compiler still has the problem, please use Intel Premier Support to report the problem and attach a tgz of the source.
