composer_xe_2013.3.163 for REDHAT8

I have a REDHAT7 server with composer_xe_2013.3.163 software installed.

I need to have same functionality for REDHAT8 OS.

(Intel(R) Fortran Compiler XE 13.1 Update 1 for Linux*
Intel(R) Debugger 13.0 for Linux*).

Please advice.

Do you have paid support? If so, you can put in a request at the Online Service Center, though a 10-year-old compiler may not be available (and might not support RH8 even if it was). 

Otherwise, the current compiler supports RedHat 8. You can get it for free as part of the Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit. See Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit: Cluster & HPC Development Tools for details.
