debug issue with Fortran Compiler

I am running Visual Studio Pro 2022. I have installed OneAPI 2023.2 with the Fortran compiler.  When I run debug on a project  and watch a variable, it would pop a popup window saying Evaluating expression "variable name"  and has a green bar scrolling from left to right.  

How to resolve this?
