Hi,
intel software network support told me, there might be a chance to get information about the old compiler toolchain iC-86 (V4.5 from the year 1992) by posting here in the fortran forum. However, there might be a chance to get answers.
Due to different reasons, me and my coleagues have to use this tool chain - and to work around different bugs, so i ask for:
- is there someone whom i can ask about more information to this discontinued product?
- is intel willed to open the source or sell the source of this 16 years old tool chain (C compiler, linker, locator, obj2hex converter,...).
And yes, i have the original disks and documentation - but like you know now, it is not enough.
thanks for reading,
Bernd Singer

From my past experience at similar inquiries, no information is available and neither is the source code. Sorry.
