I dont care how you get it to work but the "Go to Definition..." and "Go to Declaration..." commands must be enabled. It is very difficult to debug and develop code without these commands enabled.
The "Go to Reference..." command would be very nice to have also.

I would like a complete forward and reverse call tree. I would like to have the subroutine names correlated to the file names.
Steve, would it be possible to specify the approximate time frame (within 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years) when the source code browser will be available in IVF?
