unable to open workspace files (DSW) that were created in Digital Fortransince upgrading to Visual Fortran Compiler 11. I recieve error message that the DSP has been corrupted and cannot be opened. We are using visual studio 2005 that came with the compiler. I have installed Fortran 11 on multilple systems and recieve the same error. I have co-workers that can open these DSW files by using Visual Fortran 11 with Visual studio 2008. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I've seen this happen sometimes, but don't know what causes it. It is usually not worth stressing over this and just creating a new project in Intel Visual Fortran, adding the sources from the old project. One thing that will cause this is if the project was created with DVF 5.0 - conversion from that is not supported. Needs to be 6.0-6.6.

If you wouldn't mind, please attach a ZIP of just the .dsw and .dsp files from the CVF project and I'll tale a look.
