If I open a solution that contains one or more fortran project, Visual Studio 2019 open a 'floating' blank window that I cannot close.

If the solution does not include fortran project the windows is not displayed.

I have the last Visual Studio 2019 Community edition and Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 5.

It seems to be related to VS2019. Never heard this for VS2017.
