ran into this today and after having a heart attack
searching this forum I found other notices but no solution posted and messages locked
So...
I cleaned my solution
and then
rebuilt the entire solution
error gone!
just posting in the event any others encounter this untraceable error which wreaks havoc on ones morning coffee
FYI:the solution i have was a multi project solution and i had made changes to a few of the projects and it worked fine however in general use it caused this error.
