help about windows application

i want to create a simple dialog box in which there is some edit boxes. and when user click on the apply button some calculations will be done and will be displayed in an other edit boxes. like summing up 2 user defined integers, or dividing them etc. anyone knows?

Follow the Celcius example in the CVF samples and
it will show you how to do what you want.
