Unfortunately, the Fortran project wizards aren't using the same tools specification that VC projects are. I will ask the IDE developers if there is a way to do this. Of course, once you have created a solution/project you can edit the configurations to remove the Win32 platforms, but I agree it would be nice if you didn't have to do this.
