is there a fortran 90 windows complier made by intel , if so are there any places in Germany I can buy it ?

I am also is there any simple version to explain me the difference between the 2 versions of the complier.
I have seen that there is a list of the german resellers here :

Yes, Intel Visual Fortran is a Fortran 90 compiler - also Fortran 95, Fortran 77 and Fortran 66. You found the list of resellers in Germany.
The difference between the Standard Edition and the Professional Edition is that the Professional Edition also includes the IMSL mathematics and statistics libraries from Visual Numerics, Inc. There are no other difference, except for price.
