Yes, if the Intel C++ version is suitable!
You can check the release notes that come with Intel C/C++ to see which OS versions are suitable.

According to past posts here, icc versions as old as 10.1 have been installed on SLES10.2, possibly with the help of the document on SuSE installations at the top of this forum. As mecej4 mentioned, release notes for icc versions released this year imply full testing and support of SLES10.2.
I guess you cross-posted here and (correctly) on the C++ forum.
