I have gotten a new laptop and I would like to move my fortran compiler from my old laptop to my new one. The new one has Windows XP Professional x64 Edition(64 bit Platform Standards 6.5.1). The old machine had a 32 bit architecture. I spoke to a sales person at Intel who arranged to have an email sent to me with a link to click to download the software. However, when I click on the link, it tells me that my license has expired. I had premium service and the expiration date it gives me is presumably the date my premium service expired. However, all I want to do is move the compiler onto my new laptop. The sales person doesn't seem to know how to address this issue. What should I do?

Log in to the Intel Registration Center and it will give you a link to the most recent compiler you are eligible to install. If that is a different numbered version than the one you originally bought, you can copy the license file from Program Files\Common Files\Intel\Licenses and specify that file as a license file when installing the new version.
