pointer -- linked list -- array

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with double-linked-list implementation.
My problem is:
I have a grid with nxm cells.
Now I would like to create a list of particle inside each cell. How can I do?
I tried but I am not able to work it out.
Thank you for any kind of help.
