I understand technical support is included in the subscription.
the following website says the logon account I use to download updates should log on to technical support
The following website is the target of the link to premier support
The webpage is not working.
Please put me in touch with someone who can explain how this works.

We have a new system for Intel Premier Support and we've found that it has sometimes not picked up on valid licenses, and this apparently happened in your case. We apologize for the inconvenience.
From what I can tell, I've been able to correct the problem for you. Please let me know if you can now access Intel Premier Support.
