rc.exe was not found

Hello,

When I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and Intel Fortran Compiler I have a 'rc.exe was not found' message while compiling (Windows 10). Could anyone help me with this problem?

this seems to be caused by an in-complete installation of VS2015. In an earlier post on this issue, Steve Lionel gave the following reference:
