unable to install intel parallel studio

I have a license for 

Parallel Studio XE Composer Ed for Fortran Windows 2017.

I wanted to install it on a new machine but I couldn't.

It said product support has expired and didn't let me proceed. 

Can you help me with that?

I tried to install Parallel studio 2018. Do I need to install 201&?

For licensing issues you need to submit an inquiry at https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US

However, when you log in to the Intel Registration Center it should show you the latest version your license is eligible for.
