update 3?

The updates are at the Intel Registration Center, not Premier Support. The release notes article was updated shortly before Update 3 was posted, so you may have hit a window in between. It's there now and should be visible if your support license is current.

Any update on availability of Version 12 for IMSL users. The IMSL users are one major release and 3 updates behind non IMSL Users.

I wonder if the majority of users have the IMSL version like me and are frustrated by getting nothing at all. How about releasing a Beta that is partially complete with the stuff that is not done yet removed?

We understand that IMSL users are frustrated by this delay. We are too. It is not a case of "stuff not done yet" but rather testing that revealed issues requiring investigation. However, I can say that we completed our part of the validation and sent the results to VNI for their own testing. If they "bless" it, then we'll have packages out shortly thereafter. Our agreement with VNI does not allow us to release an IMSL that they have not approved, which is quite reasonable.
