what's wrong with MKL 6 ?

When I try MKL 6.0 for linux, I used a two cpus machine. I set the OMP_NUM_THREADS = 2. The program just simply ran with 3 copies instead of using two cpus for lapack subroutines. When I use the old MKL
6 beta and MKL 5.*, no problem at all.

Any idea?
