where is Dependecy Walker?

I have IVF Composer XE 2013 and VS2012.  I cannot find the Dependency Walker that was with Compaq Fortran.  Does it come with IVF?

This used to be supplied along with Visual Studio, but hasn't for a while.

Note that if you are on a 64-bit system, Dependency Walker still has some problems with shared assemblies and may complain about DLLs being the wrong architecture.
