GPA 2018 Frame Capture - Win32 Error 0x00000002

When I try to make a frame capture with the latest Intel GPA, it displays the error:

Win32 Error 0x00000002: The system cannot find the file specified.

This is a freshly installed Lenovo laptop on Win10 with an Intel 620. What file is it missing? Is there a log somewhere? The error is leaving me with very little.

I solved this by installing the Windows 10 SDK onto the machine. It seems it's expecting some DLLs that a fresh machine doesn't have.
