Hi,
I took a quick look at the error report, and see that it had problems with your textures. Do you know what texture format(s) you are using, as it may be a format that is not supported by the toolset.

The game engine utilizes the following formats

BC3
BC5
and lastly DXGI_FORMAT_BC7_UNORM

Hello,
After checking, it appears that all of these formats are supported. It would be helpful if we could at least get the frame capture file to see if we can duplicate the problem on our systems. If you are uncomfortable including the file on the forum, please send me the file via a private message.
Regards,
Neal
ps-> we may also need the original program that generated the bad file as well, but let's just start with the frame capture file first

Hello,
One more question -- does this problem only occur on the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780? In other words, have you tried this on other systems to see if it's an issue with this specific graphics hardware?
thanks!
