Metrics Missed On Windows 10

Hello, I way trying to profile game on windows 10 with Intel GPA 2019 R2, I found some metrics such as EU Active and EU Stall metrics missed on my platform, then i use GPA buildin test game, still miss these metrics.

We currently only offer support for the latest build of Intel® GPA, if you'd like to receive customer support please upgrade to the latest build of the tool. However, it looks like your hardware setup has both outdated BIOS and Graphics Drivers. Please update the Graphics Driver (and BIOS if possible) and let me know if the issue persists.
