Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm not sure I know what the issue is from your post, however, where is the crash happening and what are its characteristics?

One thing I am seeing that might help (regardless of the issue) is that your graphics driver for your Intel hardware is outdated. There is a driver that is available for the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 graphics card from 3/9/2019. Please update your graphics driver and let me know if the issue persists. The other thing you could try is to also update your BIOS.

I have upgraded the driver, or I have crashed.

There should be a driver that is newer than the one you installed, 15.40.42.5063 is the latest > https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28662/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496 < it is from 3/19/2019. Also, I'm still not sure what the issue you are experiencing is.

I have upgraded with your link, but it is still this version. Isn't bios to set anything, my other colleague can. The version he drives is lower than mine.

Are you able to capture a frame and open that frame from the gpasample included in the package? If not where does Intel® GPA crash and with what characteristics?
