So, I finished making a quartus project along with platform designer project. After a while, I shut it down and exit the ssh shell suddenly I got an email Intel® DevCloud Account Deactivation Notice.
"Your account for user ID uXXXXX has been deactivated as we saw prohibited use of Intel DevCloud, such as cryptocurrency mining, data scraping, or tampering with Intel DevCloud services. If you would like to use Intel DevCloud, please create a new account and restrict your use to education and computer science research only. "
Even though I didn't do any mining, etc. How can I get my account back?

Before 2 days ago, even if I went to that website, it instructed me to register. But when I tried registering it said there's already an account connected to my email, thus I can't get a new key.
So, I emailed fpgauniversity@intel.com again regarding this issue and they get back to me. After that I can register again, and the problem is solved.

Hi,
Thank you for posting in Intel Forums. We have contacted the DevCloud team regarding this issue. We will get back to you soon with an update. Meanwhile, could you please let us know which DevCloud were you using. Is it oneAPI or FPGA?
Regards,
Alekhya

Are there any update on this?
I received an email they added 120 days to my account, but I still can't access it via ssh.
When I visited devcloud.intel.com/fpga they told me to enroll, but when I tried to enroll I got an error message saying my email is already associated with an account.

Hi @yashael,
Please try access the following link --> https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/connect/
If I understand the situation correctly, as you have already received the email you need to download the SSH key to access the DevCloud I assume, if that is the case, please do access the link mention above and login with the account that has been created.
Note: sometime there might be some caching in the browser that cause some error, hence if you are using chrome please do try in the incognito mode to see if you are able to login see the login page.
Best Wishes
