Impedance of R-Tile Transceiver Reference Clock

芯片型号为AGIB027R29A1E2VC，R-Tile的15A和15C用作PCIE接口（RC），通过MCIO线缆连接NVMe SSD，对应R-Tile的15A和15C的PCIE参考时钟输入阻抗能否接受85Ω？

NVMe SSD的PCIe接口为Gen，对应的阻抗为85Ω，选择的MCIO线缆阻抗也为85Ω，为保证阻抗的连续性，计划参考时钟的输入也用85Ω。

同理，对于R-Tile 14C用作PCIE Gen5接金手指，对应的输入参考时钟是否也可以支持85Ω？

We dont have the refclk impedance value for Agilex 7 R-tile. May I know why you need this parameter?
