Hi,
- Intel oneAPI 2024.1.0
- rocky 4.18.0-425.19.2.el8_7.x86_64
- Intel oneAPI 2023.1.0
- offline package
We are currently using the 2023.1.0 base toolkit, the hpc toolkit, the addon for fpga and Quartus 21.4 and are going to upgrade to the 2024.1 oneapi versions + quartus 23.1
The one we are missing is the addon, ie the 2024.1 version of this:

Best regards,
Charles

so... this is kind of tricky
The FPGA Add-on hasn't been shipped for a while now (I believe we stopped in 2022.3). It just included Quartus Pro and a couple of starter BSPs, the actual FPGA compiler (i.e. the part that generated SystemVerilog IP and the FPGA reports) was included with the Base Toolkit.
We stopped shipping those starter BSPs so there was no longer any point in maintaining the add-on, since users could just go the FPGA Software Download Center and get the Quartus and device files that they needed.
The good news for you is that in 2024.1, the FPGA compiler was still part of the oneAPI base toolkit, so you just need
* Base toolkit
* the BSP from Bittware
* Quartus (as specified by bittware)
* Agilex 7 device files
and you'll be good to go.
Starting in 2024.2 we split the FPGA compiler into a separate package from the base toolkit, and we called it the 'FPGA Support Package' to disambiguate it from the old 'FPGA Add-on'.
